How is crit rate +100% different from crit rate +100?
I had wanted to make bowgun tank before but figured that all tank bowgun are limited time event. So i was thinking if it'd be a good idea using this arm for the crit and any other bowgun.
Like i can use Achti bowgun 25+ crit rate. Problem would be no resist from armor so i could use circle of order instead of charm belt but then I'll have problem with aggro idk... Thoughts please?

+100% Crit Rate just means it will Double your Flat Crit Rate. Let's say you have Curious Dress and Proto Clarity Rose, that's +240% of 25(base crit for every weapon) + whatever flat crit you have on your add gear and/or xtals, which might not actually be a lot. For maximum crit, the best thing you can do with Curious Dress is pair it w/ a weapon w/ very high Crit Rate like Carbunkle Edge, Modestia, and Twin Eagles.

Well, i was thinking, every class has 25 crit. I get other 25 crit from Achtic bowgun, total 50 crit.
Then with curious dress it'd give 100% crit.
Meaning I'll have total of 100 crit rate, right? I thought that's decent for a tank

Short musket has 25 crit, curious dress wouldve give you 25 crit, your base crit is 25, meikyo shisui can give you a 40 crit buff. That's 115 crit. Food buff can give you 10 crit so that's 125 total crit for crit resist bosses. Meikyo can be used as combo ender or just use it manually, you have a long range decoy anyway so mp cost wont be a problem. Its also a buff skill so the aggro would be nice

I think you're on the right track if you are thinking of doing this for tanks. But you could also go w/ Diver's Bowgun too which you can get once the summer event comes around.

Base crit rate +25, curious gives another +25 if no crit stats, lil empress bowgun drop version gives +25, yashiro azuki mom xtal or gespenst 2 gives +10, seele xtal gives +15, crit food buff lvl 6 gives +14, for a total of 114 crit rate

Curious Dress gives 50 base crit becuase 100% means double the amount of base crit which is 25. All you need is a weapon that gives 25 crit( lil empress bowgun) and the remaining crit stats from equipment, skills or adding 34 stat points on CRIT stats for a +20 base crit affected by that 100% crit from the armour.

if you use mtl stat then your base crit is 25 so 100% of it will be +25 crit. if you use crit stat, every 3,4 points will give you +1 crit and will raise crit more from curious dress 100% crit.

Some bosses can resist an amount of crit, so if you have 100 crit and the boss has 25crit resist, your crit chance would be 75% as opposed to 100%. The example would be ornlarf

My explanation is, all class have 25 base crit. X% of crit is only affected by your base crit. And flat crit from equip will not added on your base crit (Your achti Bowgun for example). Formula is (Your base crit) x (X% Crit) = (The amount of flat crit you get)
    Example for curious dress is (25) x (100%) = 25 (Flat). So Your base crit (25) + Achti Bowgun (25) + Curious Dress (25) = 75 Flat crit total

Hope you can understand my explanation :)
