what about crit rate?

 

Is there a boss that drops a katana with decent crit? I dont have the spina to buy the gear

Im lvl 75 so what combo can i use?

I have lvl 3 mononofu skills except magadachi still lvl 5
Halberd quick aura

What do think is best

Rn im running
Issen>hasso(save)>zantei(smite)>pommel(swift)>pulse(swift)

But zantei dont do as much dmg as issen for some reason, and zantei is lvl 10 while issen is lvl 5
-might be because (save) reduce dmg of skills after right?

Your Zantei is only dealing 90% of its damage with that combo. Also, Zantei's extra slash that deals huge damage only activates when you block an attack while Zantei is active.

i use high mp combos using lvl70 skills

buff(1mp)
pulse>flashblast(save)>impact(swift)
main combo(4mp / 2mp if impact active)
zantei>flashblast(save)>impact(swift)

need to abuse shukuchi to sustain mp

 

Why not just impact>zantei(smite)>pommel strike and
Pulse blade>reflex(cons)>flash blast(cons)?
Flash blast lasts a decent while

 

coz i could cast zantei imediately when boss attacks instead of casting impact first at distance and run around while waiting for boss to atk

and i suck at timing

I don't have impact nor flash blast yet atm but I could possibly work something out

 

Oh ok thanks for the info, cuz I was confused as to why it wasnt triggering armor break, so its only if I block an attack during zantei
