Dual sword getting lesser. Endangered species

those are the reasons why less people are using dws now. no, i do not hate dws, but from what i have seen a dw could be easily replaced by a 1h or 2h and most of their tasks can be done better by them. however i have never tried a dw before so feel free to prove me wrong ^^

 

I think dual wield mainly for attack speed getting more hits basically is more damage..

 

1h and 2h can have high attack speed too, with good equipment

 

True good equipment is hard to get and smith..

 

Out of all the sword classes, DW is the one that can have the most attack spread, but that makes it 3rd in dmg, 1H in second, 2H in first.

Dw can restore mana faster because of the attack speed it has and since its fight combo does more than one hit ( not talking about skills ) it has faster regeneration.

 

Of course two hand 1st its bigger!

 

Also because the 2H is based on Str while the other two are based on Dex.

Dex does nothing but raise accuracy and alittle dmg while Str raises Atk and crit rate ( or so think )

 

the purpose i have DW is for "complete 1 main skill tree" emblem.
its fun to play with all dw skill maxed
tomahawk for better crit + drop rate lv 10... farmmmmm...

Dual wielder aren't known for str. They are known for high attack speed. ( and of course kirito ) I wouldn't try building any stats in str. I would recommend looking for a gear to help boost it instead. Speed can be raised from agi. I raised my agi to 20 because it's over 1k and if it's over 1k that's fine. Then you would put the rest in dex for accuracy and small dmg boost.

 

I think hitpoints more important then anything..my str like 24..

 

If you think HP is important get the Hp boost skill in the survival tree and Max it. You will need Hp rest LVL 5 first though. Like I said before don't waste any more stats in str. That's what gears are for.

 

put some stat on VIT if u want more hitpoints.

Lol okay i already maxed it i have like 1,900 something hitpoints.

 

Do yourself a favor; remake your DW.

STR only gives 1:1 Atk per point. Your 24STR is wasted stats.

If you want higher raw atk, opt for DEX.

 

Example of why getting lesser much people dual wielder without spining blade where you go without aoe nowadays (definetely not on my party) its my mage vision i always wondering if they have guild and if their guild master let newbies go solo... more over reading this forum make me think people doesnt know that share builds and newbies read em and make fatal mixes that make em this and so the fame they have.

No Spin Slash is autokick on my PT. The only thing DW are good at is mob clearing and proration, so they better have both. xD
