according to a guy named mugs, its a whole nmber, not a percent. light armor and masery give +10 both so its +20. with evasion it gives 50% evasion. benefitting eva builds more. so having higher eva base, liks around 40'eva from armor, mastey, pots and xtals, gives you, 60 eva

Yes, with a 40% penalty on damage from 3-10m.

By 'too', did you think that skills were ranged? If so, no. Power wave only affect normal attacks.

 

i will be building power wave on my Dw on later levels.

 

Whats ur main dps skill?

 

It depends. I use Twin, Spin, Charging, and Phantom equally. It depends on the boss. If im fighting a boss that likes to run around, id use Charging, If i fight a boss thats slow or doesnt move or doesnt have skills that travel long distances, I'll use Spinning Slash, If its a squishy boss, Ill use Twin Slash, if im hunting mini bosses or slow bosses, Ill use Phantom Slash
