    Simple question... Which element vs other elements to maximize your dps?

    This is what I think is right so far...

    Earth is weak to fire
    Fire is weak to water
    Wind is weak to earth
    Light and dark are weak to each other

    Is that right? So by default water would be weak to wind, right? That doesn't make sense in the real world I guess. Maybe it helps evaporate water, idk? Anything else that might he helpful about elements, please post here.

    Light is in a wierd relationship with Darkness,where it's not like you can put out a fire with water. It's like a balance,where light and dark are constantly against each other,hence Light>Dark,Dark>Light. But there's another explanation.
    Yin and Yang,yanno that white and black circle thing? That's the concept of balance between negative (darkness) and positive (light) energies. This is also why Light in strong against Dark but Dark is as strong against Light as compared to the former. Light and Dark can't overpower each other,it only remains in a stalemate,a balance. Hence it's a two-way thing.

    Fire > Earth > Wind > Water > Fire
    Dark = Light

    Wind is lightning, which is why it's strong against water and weak against earth.

    So light elements had a more chances of doin damage to mobs than the 4 basic elements and dark element?

    Without light- no fire,no woods or good earth,no water,no wind
    With ligh...dark fades... do you believe in thus XD

    That's a weird way to put it but ya.

    Also wind is lightning(if u cast wall or skills u see lightning effect instead of wind), just it's called wind. Developers generalize it as wind(kaze in japanese) which also vaguely refers to sky, lightning and wind which are all air based types. In this case, Water is weak to electricity which is also lightning.

    many japanese games use this system.
    mostly light and dark are yellow and purple or white black. they are strong against each other.
    for the 3 element system it is usually blue>red>green>blue representing water, fire and wind (or earth/wood).
    here we have 4 elements, so the green one is split in 2 representing wind and earth(or wood).
    fire beats earth(wood) and earth beats wind, the rest is as usual.

    I guess its better share my exp here^I just almost had a debate between earth vs water and happy that he agree on my point at the last minute :p .though at my 2nd pt is not sure about water vs earth but they assumed as sandman defeat by spidy by using water element^^ which much of a point. So i tried to compare minataur vs water staff on shellmask which is i assumed that he is earth/wood. Flames win and water dont do much high damge on shelmasks..from 3800 drops 2300 somethin on storm against earth mobs.

    are you sure? that would make the dark element superior to all others.
    i have yet to see a fire or earth elemental weapon, but getting a dark elemental magic device was super easy.
    if dark beats all elements, then it would be the ultimate weapon against the forest wolf, the minotaur and many others ...

    I Here you all talking about elements strength and weakness and all, and i have an archer with arrows of earth, water, wind, and fire and i do a colossal amount of damage on boss with those opposite elements on them, but what about neutral element boss or mobs, what is their weakness? o_O Beacuase when i come across a neutral element enemy i do low dmg with all my element arrows including my neutral one.
    ;)

    I would like todo add that earth can have two weaknesses depending of the mob.If the mob its like a plant or a forest animal or other animal mobs its fire,If the monster its related with sand or ground its water example sandmole->Water
    Kijimu->Fire

    That work same with all enemies no matter element just certain equipments that say damage to neutral do it.Very low equipment have it usually.
    Also i would like add there its one element usually on other games ( for example iruna online) called universal so its effective with all elements (except neutral)
