EVA Rate or Flee (Dodge) Dual Wield

Hi Guys,
So I've managed to get Eva Rate of 40% with the help of Light Armor Eq, Knife Belt and Light Armor Support Skill Lv 10, But only manage to get 645 Flee because negatives from Knife Belt. But Ive also managed to get 912 Flee (Dodge) with the help of Marchitar Xtall, Potum Talisman, Cat Tail and 244 AGI. This way my EVA Rate becomes 30%
From your opinion which is more important or recommendable to use, EVA Rate or Flee (Dodge)?

for me eva rate cz thats usefull while boss farm

 

Have both.
For some older bosses dodge is better than evasion while for a lot of new bosses evasion seems better.
Also for some bosses neither of them are good
