Failed to load field data error why?

    Screenshot_20240407-074747.jpg I got this message when I tried to go to the Cuevo Jail for a quest to rescue the partisans prisoners, I got the error after the cutscene where it should've teleported me to Ultimea:Sewer South (i think that's the map name, i forgot) where I need to manually go to the Cuevo Jail then get another cutscene to rescue the prisoners. Now I can't even log-in, help. T_T

    restart your device. this usually fixes most problems concerning loading and connection.
