Forest Wolf Cape/Cloak

Hi Guys/Galz,

Im looking for Forest Wolf Cape/Cloak.
I understand this cape can only be obtained through blacksmith.
Could it be only player blacksmith can create this cape? or NPC blacksmith could create the cape as well?
I have checked many times, however, the cape doesn't exist on the NPC blacksmith list.
Would any1 kindly tell me how to obtain this Forest Wolf Cape/Cloak?

forest wolf cape can only be crafted in town's blacksmith, such items required a certain level.

check again the list when your level gets higher.

Note: Players smith skill can only craft weapons and armors. forest wolf cape is an additional gear so it can only be crafted in blacksmith

I didn't know as we level up higher, there will be more things available on the NPC blacksmith.
Thank you, I shall try to check on the NPC again once I level 40, as of now, I am lvl 39 but the option for the cape is still not there.

 

it will appear at level 45. thats what people told me and they were right.
