Game not downloading

    So, I was going to play the game, however it didn't download. The download bar goes ok until 15%. When in 15%, the bottom bar keeps filling a lot of times, but the top one freezes forever. I tried to do everything: Reinstall, restart device and wifi, delete cache... I've got a 30mb internet connection. One time it downloaded, but after the character creation screen it just freezed again. Can anyone help me? I saw a lot of people having this issue, but no answers.
