Game Stuck at Loading Screen

So I updated the game around 2 hours ago. Ever since then I've been trying to login, but it won't go past the loading screen. The first time I opened the game it showed the end user license agreement thingy. It surprised me a bit, but I agreed and then it the loading bars kept loading but nothing's happening. It drained a lot of my data too. I had to reload and it's really taking a toll on my weekly allowance. I tried restarting the game and my phone. When it didn't work, I reinstalled the game. Nothing. What now? I'm using an iPhone 5S if it helps.

 

Um...change connection?

 

Goy the same issue, stuck in initializing screen since last uodate

 

Did anyone ever tried to... change/turn off on your Wifi and um.. mobile data? It works when you do it while the game starts/downloads data.

 

Try use WiFi or if you use data try other operators you're problem like me

 

I can use both data and wifi and still the problem persists. Guess I'll wait til next update ._.

Im facing this problem right now, it run normal after the update until now , it suddenly keep force close at "initializing", im using ipad 3 ..
can anyone help me fix this?

 

Did an error message pop up when you opened? Usually that happens if an app which can alter stored data is present. Or something is wrong with the storage

 

No pop up message, it just suddenly closed ... i have reinstall the app 3 times until now..
My storage have 13gb free space..

I still have 13gb free space after reinstalling the app, idk what space toram consume after loading all map and data,
Did something wrong with my devices?

 

hmmm. my device had only 5Gb left, and took the game with ease.. maybe your phone is not compatible, has too little RAM or there is an internet problem.

 

That's quite weird actually. My phone with few RAM can download data easily without getting stuck.

its happen to me everytime.
when its finally initializing, its stuck!!

 

when i get this problem i just shut-down my phone.
then turn it on, wait for wifi and then everything is fine, as usual.

Up~ problem still persists. I lost my iPhone 5s so I had to go back to my 4s. Problem still persists. Is my account doomed for life?

I tried 3G, 4G, wifi and my neighbor's wifi XD. I've come to the conclusion that the game file saved on my account is corrupted and Idk how to fix it @_@
