get back old id

hi.. how to get my old id.. i forgot my email n password.. last i online on 2016.. anyone can help me.?

 

I'm afraid you're out of luck; if you can't even remember your e-mail then there is no way to get your account back. Generally you should have one email for all of the games you play so you can remember it easier.

 

Search around in your computer and or phone, if it's a Gmail then you might be still logged into it or have it "saved".

last time i got purchase monthly in that game.. i just got pic my char n puchase hystory..

 

Hm char picture doesn't help at all, purchase history might with a really small change be able to be traced back so that they can things out what email you used, password you probably have to fix that your self.

Write to support maybe like this "Hi, I forgot the email I used for the game when I last played in 2016, here is my purchase history *insert purchase history* so is it possible to find out the email I used for my account?"

thx alot for helping.. but i got more then 10 email i use.. like ragnarok valkyrie i use 6 email mean i got 6 acount.. avabel i use 2 email.. thats y i not remember which one email i use in toram.. mybe i create new email or use same id.. i try log in more then 10 email i remember but no one of email connect with my id toram also i use 2 id.. 1 id for character 1 id for storage dye.. both id not found

 

I really wish u find it back keep logging in ur emails n see the one that has toram message for account confirmation..
