Hello why I can't play.. I need full reason please..

    - it down every 1-2 month
    : false been on there since alpha. 3rd time severs down time exceeded 24 hours. Otherwise they sort it out within 3ish hours so dont exaggerate.
    - down duration may over 24 hrs
    :It's not occasional and can happen on any other games.
    - no official action during down period
    They do notify. They just don't work during weekends.
