Help regain my account?

    got an account that havnt been on nearly a year, however i dont believe i registered the email when playing it, and it was on another device i no longer have access to.


    Guess counts as in-game issue?. Any way devs can link it to an email of mine for me to be able to use it. I had spent money on it multiple times and been nearly 8 months sense been on. I tried my emails but as I said I guess it never got registered via link to be able to transfer back when I played


    My account stills exists cause I'm on my friend's friends list still. hoping someone says theres a way to fix this >_<. losing an account forever is like losing a piece of my gaming life. Like to keep all my accounts

    Of course your account exists. But that is a problem. Did you ever back up your phone/device you had your account on prior to the move? Also, the forums are just here to help you get on your way. Sadly we aren't connected to asmobino directly. If you didn't back up your phone/device then the best thing to do is go to asmo yourself.

    Well... If it was deleted or not you will definitely be on your friends list. I convinced one of my in real life friends to play the game, but she gave up playing. I had her as a friend before I deleted her. She even deleted the app but still in my freind list.

    Are you sure you used all the emails you think had access to your account? If you tried all, your last resort is to report this to the ASOBIMO company for Troam Online.

    I don't know if you have an iphone or an android. I have an android and it should be able to connect with your Google play account without having a problem. Since you've already bought some stuff, try connecting to that account of the email that you've used. After each try (cause you may have multiple accounts), try clearing the cache of the game and then changing emails so it doesn't relog into the most recent email.

    that's the thing tho. I don't think I ever registered it via email. I created the account to play. I tried the 2 it would have been linked with. neither email exist >_>

    Asobimo has a thing for longfully inactive accounts. They might delete those accounts if they're not used for 180+ days. Since you said that you haven't logged in for nearly a year, Asobimo might have deleted it.

    If that happened, sorry, but you have to start from scratch.

    No that's not what he meant in order to download toram on android u need a google play account which is ur email so if u download and play toram with that email u use then ur acc should be safe linking only falls for those who wanna change platform from android to IOS for example

    Also false asibimo does not delete accounts a year ago from today there was a whipe from beta version to the current version so if u log in now ur acc is new as in the character as for the name it stays as it was the last time u logged in meaning whatever name u has in beta and alpha is what u have in this version.
