Help with Leveling Ticket

I got it, I've had it, I can't figure out what to do with it!!!

I went to Menu -> orb shop -> use special items but I don't see anything there, when I go to the buy the ticket pack screen, it shows my ticket count on the screen, but I have no idea what to do with them, how to use them, or even where to find them in game.

any help would be nice. I bought the pack at level 4, I'm now level 27 and I'll be 28 before anyone reads this, but I have no idea how to use this item and google searching takes me to parts of the internet I'd prefer not to ever visit (having nothing to do with Toram)

 

Leveling ticket is automatic. No thing to use. It's automatically applied so you get the leveling boost the drop rate boost and 5 extra bag space. Hope this helps. I know this because I bought one too.

Is it only one time or its also 30daya

 

Is the bonus ticket 15/per or 15/for whole month?
