how do i contact customer support the contact us yields no results ? 3 times ive used the contact us not once have i had a reply



also i can not gain access to my account id like to know why
if a member of staff could reply it would be greatly appretiated

 

this is a fan-made forum, we have no idea what's going on in your account.

the contact formular was ingame, somewhere in the orb shop menu.
you need to fill your email, so they can send you a reply. (make sure to spell it correctly)

regarding you being not able to access your account, is there an error message displayed?
if not, and it just starts from the character creation screen, you are not linked to your asobimo account.
registering an asobimo account is required to save your account data.
connecting with google was disabled long ago, and removing the game data from your device also removes the google authenfication for your account.

that's all i can say for now. more details would be appreciated.

He's saying the "Contact us" button found in-game on the orb shop menu does nothing, he probably only gets automated responses, because Asobimo is lazy

This forum is fan-made, and it's not an official Asobimo/Toram forum, there's no official forum. Of course they didn't reply because the forum staff aren't affiliated with Asobimo. Didn't you read the pinned post in General discussions?

Also, about the error. You can't login? What's the message displayed there? It could just be that the server was down when you tried logging in, but idk.
