How is this stat possible?!

No negative stats. How do you do this? Not only that, he did in7% AND cspd13% which already has a slim chance of success. Can I do this on all my gear? I know the negative stats won't affect my damage or character but I want to try this with my statter.

 

Maybe he's a blacksmith? Blacksmiths can add stats to weapons!

 

I know that, obviously the person who stats things are blacksmith statters.... I am asking about the fact that there are NO negative stats which are usually used to raise pot in order to successfully complete the wanted stat.

 

there are negative stats used but he failed the stating
when u fail u have a chance of removing the negative stats or removing the positive stats randomly
he just got lucky :")

 

TBH that stat is no difference compare to the regular int7% matk 7% . 13% caspd is overrated as fuck to Overprice the said armor. but in reality when u use it there's no diff at all. not unless its 100% caspd increase. so buying this kind of OP gear is stupid decision to make IMO no offense. lol,

 

Funny thing is the 13% cspd is based on your raw cspd (100+ cspd from dex) and the 13% cspd on current cap with full int and 92 dex only gives like 48 cspd , not really worth spending a few additional millions for it lolol.

 

So... What is the better gamble stat for Armors on Mages? IM7% Int+?

Theres nothing really worth gambling for when it comes to the arm of mages because i7m7 is always sufficient enough , maybe i7m7 aggro-10 if you're a glass cannon mage but that too will cost millions just for that extra -aggro.

 

Btw... actually u just need 1 pt for 1% cspd or aspd if I recall correctly.

Yes guys, decrease negative stat, non negative stat only happened when you stat FAILED. Nonetheless, I can control 90% decrease stat now by make your stat success rate 70-90% when stating, ofc there is a chance of failing your eq too, and it will become a piece of metal. I'm still on the process of controlling non negative stat atm, but I mostly can do 90% decrease negative stat for now. If I find another person figure this function out, I will discuss that with him/her so then I will need a forumer to help me write a post about this. Okay so there is actually a way to control it? Because I have exactly the same Armor, except that my CSPD is +8% instead of +13%
I was trying around with my new statter.. and somehow got it lol..
