I can't log in on my own Wifi

    Hello guys, i hope you can help me with this.
    So when i open toram the screen will be stuck in "Checking the version" for 30 seconds, and it will become two periods after.
    This is what i noticed about the problem.
    IT ONLY HAPPENS ON MY WIFI.
    I CAN PLAY TORAM ON OTHER WIFI
    ALL MY DEVICES CANT PLAY TORAM ON THAT WIFI.


    I already rebooted the wifi on Factory Settings, Format my phone, and deleted Dalvik Cache, nothing is Working, I Hope you Guys can help me.

    PS. I contacted the support team, and they only told me to
    -Close all apps in use
    -Set airplane mode on/off
    -reboot the device
    -Reboot the router when using wifi
    Meh, I already did all that before they sent me the message.

    Did all that again + Formatted my phone, Everything is not working, this problem is happening for 2 days now. But thanks for the reply X)

    Its not showing the message. But I still changed my dns and it's still not working. Thanks for the Reply :)

    Im using PLDT.
    I will tell you this in Advance, I have a Smart Pocket wifi and i can play toram there smoothly, but i dont want to pay everyweek just to play toram, and other PLDT wifi i connect to (my friend's wifi) Toram runs smoothly, i think the problem is on my Router, like it's bugged or something. i already did everything that i can do to reset the Router. Still can't find the Solution.

    1. Find the server address of Toram and do a traceroute if you can while connected on your router and send the results to PLDT(I used this method during my problems with Globe from playing League of Legends, they fixed it within a day).
    2. Try testing it on a different router but same Lan connection and replace your router if it works.
    3. you reset your router but not the admin settings, most router has an admin interface different on the user one, especially if PLDT provided the said router.

    still encountering the problem?

    i've just encountered the same problem yesterday. on PLDT ISP, but other PLDT can connect, might be an area issue.

    I've been experiencing similar problem since latest update which stated that "Toram now support IPv6".
    This only happen with my office Wi-Fi: "Toram keep reconnecting to server every few seconds" any other game works great, got 2mbps DL speed with browser, streaming got no problems. Idk if that IPv6 update has something to do with this.

    this is different from us in which we can't even log in the game.. just checking update then two dots after that.

    Oh, forgot to mention. Yes sometimes I'm stuck at it.

    Found the cause, solution and quick fix.

    The issue is about the IP being blocked by the server for logging in.
    Did some experiment and found out that only the logging in is the problem.

    Quick fix:
    If you have an alternate ISP, use it just for logging in, that way you won't use much data when playing. After logging in, just switch back to your DSL (be sure to not log out of the game). It will auto reconnect for a few seconds, and boom, you can continue to play while using your DSL.

    Solution:
    This is for PLDT users only, turn off your modem around 5 - 10 minutes so that your IP will refresh. After that, you can log in to toram.

    For those non PLDT, I'm sorry since I can't help you because I don't have different types of ISP, please refer for quick fix and contact either your ISP or Toram Customer Support for IP issue.
