I can't move but there's no "Stop" status on my character ! TwT

Recently when I do bossing with my guild member, my finger hold the joy stick to move out of bosses AOE, but suddenly the joy stick stop functioning.
The Joystick stay in the middle and won't move, the result is I got hit very hard and lose HP to a stupid reason.
The game didn't lag at all when I playing, please help me TwT, I am currently play as a tank and I need to survive, sometime I need to run out of AOE because my
disable skill missed when boss evade it.

 

Same here, i have dualist with decel's sword, when the boss casted red carpet, i cant even dodge it. When i pressed it too fast, the screen freezed. Lol my stupid GPU
