Is berserk really really really bad for dual sword with 10k aspd build?

I had an argument with someone on a facebook group and he said that berserk reduced resistance, is this a thing now? I thought it only reduces the def and mdef, oh and stability as well. it adds a whole lot of ASPD and this is what I need to complete my build. It focuses on hitting a lot and not minding damage output as it does insane SPEED damaging(somewhat average damage output, greater aggro, yeah it's quite deadly, both for the target and the user lmao). please do enlighten me.

 

No berserk does not reduce resistance in any way, resistance drop is done by godspeed wield from halberd tree.
Stability too people like to think that stability drop will apply to sub stability and as a result drop the average damage dealt by dw which is not true either, berserk stability drop only applies to main stab only.

Facebook people are dumb just stay here with us if you want to discuss the game. Same goes for any other social media groups like amino, discord, g+, etc. If people there have a statement to make send them here as I would love to see them back their theories with solid evidence which can prove us wrong, me and my partner strive to make absolute guides with 100% accurate facts and intel after all.

 

How much motion speed does 10k aspd give?

 

The description of the skill "berserk" itself says it will only reduce de/mdef and stability. It did not mention resistance. Where the h*ck did those fb people get those infos anyway.
It is like having a max luck farm mage has a share effect of luck in a party which is entirely not TRUEEEEE!.

Berserk and Rampage ultimately have no drawbacks to using them (well there's the mainhand stability loss but that can be compensated)

Is it worth using Beserk on a DW then? I feel like the ASPD and DAMAGE, and CRIT rate boost will
1) Overshadow the stab drop (meaning that SC does more dmg even tho stability is lower)
2) Allow you to use a7c7c17 armor which gives more damage than a7fc17 (which results in a much higher DPS)
3) Also with rampage beserk, there is no need to spend 30 SP in the bow tree because your AMPR will be crazy high and fast
What do you guys think? is it worth using?

 

it maybe worth for people who like to really put their time and effort in controlling a fast moving character. For me and some others, we don't like it to be too fast, we like to hit harder and lazing around. A fast DW may offer you a lot more dmg, but to control it for several hours a day is really stressful.

And it always worth to spend that 30SP in the bow tree. Even if you hit fast, you still need to avoid AOE sometimes, and during those times, you gain zero mp. Decoy will always be there to back you up when you have to spend time dodging bullets.

 

I'd say go for it, there's no downside to using it beyond mainhand stability drop, so may as well!

On a practical note: If you have bad eye-finger coordination, or your thumbs are just too big, you might want to take a second and check if you can handle the increase on the amount of input you will need to execute. Anyway, you look at it, a nimble character requires a nimble mind and feet(or fingers in this case).

 

Ask the people on facebook to check coryn club before making factual errors with their claims on Berserk. Otherwise, the Ben Shapiro of Toram will destroy them. Btw, for DW Berserk reduces Def and Mdef by 90%, but it does not reduce resistance.

 

How would it fare if we go with AGI>STR? For mainhand loosing a hefty amount of damage can I go on with my subhand weapon damage? Or is it just that STR>AGI crti damage increase will do?
