is Spiral Air an unsheathe attack?

i'm wondering if it counts as unsheathe attack, since it's different from other physical skills.
the attack itself does not hit, it only generates the air current which then hits 8 times.
it can be guarded and evaded, but it doesn't miss.

i don't have gear with unsheathe skills, but if you do, can you try it?
and i'm wondering about sword tempest too...
the first hit is like other sword attacks, but the the 6 tempest hits are pretty much like spiral air.

considering the cost-effect-balance and comparing it with the other sword skills, there must be something special to those skills...

 

I think it's more like magic related...(just hypothesis...) it's something similar to Sword Aura or haki in Anime....

 

i think it's like one of those samurai skills where you draw and sheathe the sword in a single movement and a few seconds later the enemy is hit by an invisible strike.

 

it's kenki (geomgi), aka sword aura or speculum in english word....

you can sheathe and draw the sword while emitting speculum (kenki or geomgi) at the same time...that is what you said :3
different way is just surround sword with speculum (kenki or geomgi) and stab on the air, which causes furious air current (I think this is how spiral air works...some anime have this kinda moves)
