Katana Stat Distribution?

What about the skill "Two Handed"?
It gives +50% attack to katana when dealing critical damage.
Not sure about the calculation but here's what's in my mind:

Str*
255 * 1.5 = 382.5 atk
382.5 * 2.01(cdmg) = 768.825 crit dmg
If Two handed passive works before dmg calculation
382.5 + 191.5(50%atk) = 537.75 atk * 2.01(cdmg)
= 1153.2375 crit damage

Dex*
255 * 2.5 = 637.5 atk
637.5 * 1.5 = 956. 25 crit dmg
If Two handed passive works before dmg calculation
637.5 + 318.75(50%atk) = 956.25 atk * 1.5(cdmg)
= 1434.375 crit damage

Stability not included there so idk. I guess I'll just balance both.
