    I think the devs may be silently weeping... but man yeah idk where I even was back then. I have been working closing my alt accounts... crap. I don’t want to even do that over again.

    What's the route on asking for a full refund on real cash monies spent ingame, since this pretty much does seem like "gross negligence?" Would you just send an appeal to Google Play/IOS or directly contact asobimo?

    Highly doubt contacting asobimo will do anything since they never do refunds.

    For me if they really rollback our data at least:
    -Re run the said event
    -Ava ticket compensation should be a selector ticket (Because you can't compensate rng)
    -Perhap return out gear via gift(??)

    Aside from these 3,i can't think anything else to lessen the impact

    Yeah, I just want to keep my proto clarity or alteast another opportunity to do the event for a chance to get it back again, as well as the progress on all our food buffs, I have lvl 6 mp food, and most of my friends who also have their accounts on international have spent lots of time cooking their lvl 6-7 food buffs, which includes hp +3200, crit + 14, ampr +14, atk +50, weapon atk +50, etc. I even woke up in the middle of the night on some days just to cook my mp buff again right after it expired to maximize the exp, if we lost all our data we would have to spend 3 months to get our food buffs to those level again

    - have JP account then login and switch to Inter1
    - finding item that U trust it's belong to player from Inter1 on Consignment Board

    I'm seeing Arewzo's video yesterday but I'm not sure for this doubt can be totally proof o_O

    And I'm guessing that specific server is still up and running?
    Which obviously they are in completely different locations with completely different computer people and software upgrades?
    I am not a computer savy person hahaha..
    But you'd think that the Japanese server would be located in Japan? And the one we play here in America?Hmmm otherwise why wouldn't we be able to pretty much copy and paste lol and then just switch stuff over to English?
    Heck idk lol And that's cool for the Japanese server that has 180 cap etc..and where we gotta get all our stuff from...
    Kinda reminds me of ragnarok had to wait to get updates from the Korean server type stuff...

    I joined this Feb, been enjoying the game a lot, got to lv130 and got quite a few avatar items. And then this happened...

    I basically restarted in JP server and got very close to where I was, also I speak Japanese and have no problem playing with everyone, so at this point I just want to be able to retrieve my items and Spina. But if they rollback to last December my character didn’t even exist...

    The player data is stored on different server, but each servers are linked via international server. We from english server, and they from japanese server, can put items on consignment board that can cross multi-server if we put that item in "all" (not "world").

    Well they could activate all events for a week or 2 but i doubt they would do it

    Just opened playstore and found a 3mb update of the app. Restarted the game. It now shows: Unable to start the game due to an error.

    I mailed Google (you can find how to contact them through 'refund policy' option on the bottom part of the Toram page on PlayStore) for a refund of every € I spent from December till the crash day, explaining 'em everything and even sending 'em the Toram's official page link for 'em to check the veracity of what I was saying and they refunded me it all just a few hours ago.
    TBH I don't mind to be banned from Toram for that because for me that's a sayonara.

    Edit: typo. Added some more info.
