Loading Error- Resource Files

    So I've been having this problem ever since the update 2 days ago, where the loading stops as shown in the pic, then I get the options to restart the game or to recover resource files both of which end up with this same error. I tried clearing the data, reinstalling the game several times, and I still ended up with the same error.
    Any ideas on what I should do here? Its quite an annoying problem.
