Luck refine

    Does the luck stat affect your refine outcome at all? As far as I know luck is supposed to increase the drop rate but then again I see a lot of people using luck stat for their refiner. So is it a myth that luck affects refine or is it legit?

    -luk doesnt directly affect refine outcome, it reduces degrade rate only.
    -people use luk for refine to A/S only because even with full tec, A/S refine success rate is 1% regardless.
