Lvl 104 dw: tempest vs battle skills?

I don't know whether I should invest my skill points into tempest, since I hear many full dex players take it, or to put it into my battle skills for increasing damage my current combo.

 

If you're happy using your current combo, then battle is good. whack is good but intimidating power (tier 4 skill) is bad.

 

I don't think battle skills are that mandatory for you , since they only provide minimal dmg boost and you dont need the crit rate boost since you have astute and shadow step.
Though building a dw without autos/ampr might not sound plausible to other people's ear , getting tempest is optional but if you somehow made a build with a tempest , spinning slash ,& impact as its core , then you'll enjoy maximum proration every combo even without autos/ampr.
