Magic Skill Motion Speed

read from some forum say magic skill have 3 casting time, motion>cast time>motion.
Motion will affect by ASPD and cast time affect by CSPD.

The CSPD calculation is
[original cast time* 1000] / [ CSPD + 1000]..

But did anyone know how the ASPD affect on motion cast time ? someone in this forum mention 11k ASPD reduce 50% motion, is it mean 1k ASPD reduce 5% motion?

Idk about the stats, but if you combo chain using the 'swift' you will notice that the animations are faster. I'm p sure for spells with long animations like Javeline and Blast, the time will shorten due to the 'Swift' property speeding up the motion.

 

the character motion and the magic projectiles speed up, but cast time and charge time is unaffected by motion speed.

you can shorten cast time with caspd, but it doesn't affect motion speed.
also, the charge time of MP Charge can not be shortened

and whether Express attack animation magical skills and attack interval(for example storm) when the cast time will be gone?

yes, when the cast or charge time is finished, the skill will be executed with increased speed.
