So easy thing.
Every skill u use, requires MP (blue bar under HP bar) The more MP u have the more skills u can use in a row before charging. Magic Arrow requires u to use 1 MP bar(100MP) while Magic Wall requires 2MP bars (200MP).
So to be able to use magic wall u'll need to have a max MP of at least 200 and it need to be filled (blue color) not empty (dark).

it depends on ur skill and stat window XD
if stat=full int, skills=mage skills
and u use staff------(staff is reallly important without it ur mages skills dont do high damage)
ur considered a mage o3o/

Yeah idk if some ppl have a problem like you. Did you check your sp maybe you not spend your sp in the skill.

 

oh... maybe you have your ring /special gear slot unequipped
check to see if you're still wearing your talisman and if it's the one with 300mp
if you lost it you can craft some at NPC blacksmith at sofya but you have to hunt for the mats

there are also some xtals like voda roar xtals (at lutaros cavern, the blue skeleton birds) which give 100mp to your mana pool
that you can put in your equipment if its slotted
there's also daggers,arrows that are craftable that also give mp
there's also additional gears that also give MP, check to see which ones you can make at the NPC Zaldo (blacksmith) at sofya

Toram has a unique "class" system as you aren't limited to just say sword skills when using a sword as you can also use some mage skills for their utility (impact is the most commonly used one as it works as a great save tag in combos and doesn't require a specific weapon). A good example of this unique skill system is @Precaria 's Ultimate Sniper build. However this doesn't mean you can use every skill with every weapon as sword skills can only be used with 1h and 2h swords, archer skills with a bow, bg or an arrow as your sub weapon. Some skill trees like brawler can be used with any weapon but magic is best used by a mage and most brawler skills hit harder/have a higher chance to proc statuses when used with a knuckle(either in main or sub slot). Also the weapon you choose when making your character doesn't matter as it just means you dont have to buy the skill tree lvl1 in library. Hope this helped you understand Toram a bit more...inb4 you already knew it and I made a wall of text for nothing XD
