Maintenance Notice (19.02.18) - Skill Balance Update and Snowball Fight

So far I can't confirm the range and proc rate but I'm 100% confident about the healing factor.
Earth bind has
-no difference in animation duration for lvl1/10
-no difference in the amount it heals for lvl 1/10
-It only uses your max hp for the healing factor (iconos,passive shield skills and items are excluded while hp boost is included)
-It's a constant 5% of your max hp
-The effect of 1000hp is the limit it can heal still applies even it's knux are in sub hand
-It heals you according to how many earth bind's range hits against the enemies, if 10 mobs were hit then you would get a +50% heal but the limit is still there, +500 for non knux and +1000 for knux.
