I think +10% in physical and 5% in magic for L10 para shot.

Does this mean Moeba is not worth maxing? I wonder if there is any merit moving from L5 Moeba to L10 Moeba.

For bows lvl10 moeba is 100% slow inflict but yeah its still not worth maxing.
Halberd arrow users usually max it for higher chance and also can utilize mind's eye but not for bows.

Oh alright! So the Moeba Level gain only improves the chance to inflict Slow? There is no multiplier to the Damage Output the higher the level goes?

Well yeah it gets higher damage multiplier too.
But even at max the skill is so much more weaker than skills like snipe that people dont mind either way.

Ah I see. I am at the tail-end of building up my sniper. I have about a few points left to allocate. If you had a choice, which ones of these would you prioritize points on?
    • Moeba Shot (L5)
    • Para Shot (L5)
    • Quick Aura (L1)
    • Attack Up (L5)
    • Whack (L5)
    • Intimidating Force (L0)
    • MP Recovery (L1)
    • Drop Rate (L0)
I would imagine these last remaining skill points will only give me incremental boosts. If so, which ones would you suggest to be the key ones to maximize the last few points? The numbers in the parenthesis are their current levels.

How many skill points do you have left? Tbh you should just save the extra skill points for lvl150 cap you will at least need 10 skill points for skill after quick draw and 10 points for skill after arrow rain thats 20 in total but theres also possibility of skills from other trees to be useful for sniper.

Moeba is not worth maxing as I said coz it is not that much difference in damage and you dont need the extra slow%
Para shot is fine at lvl5 you dont need it more than that for bow stability as it becomes redundant. Having a 60% stab bow 20% stab arrow and full dex with 60str this much gives bow 95% stability already and lvl5 para adds +5% to make it 100%.
Quick aura depends if you use heavy armor or light armor I sometimes use heavy so I took lvl5 quick aura you dont need it if you use light armor or got 1.1k aspd.
Attack up and whack can push your dps a tiny bit further but I dont feel like they are worth spending more sp. same with inti force.
Mp recovery as in the support skill?? NO it reduces a lot of atk at higher lvl definitely not for this one.
Nope for drop rate too it is good for farming mobs not bosses.

What I can suggest tho:- smoke lvl5 for higher blind chance and lvl5 to get next skill after it. Blind makes snipe unevadeable which makes smoke semi useful if you can hide your aggro.
Theres other skills but Idk if you have or have not got them already.

Thank you for this very detailed post! I actually have around 30 SP left and maybe around 7 or 8 more from emblems that I haven't acquired yet. I've recently been experimenting with Sneak Attack on a dummy character. A friend told me that it is worth maxing out. I have it 1 now. I think I will be able to max it out while keeping 30 in reserve for 150 (or worse comes to worse, use the free Book to reset).

I didn't realize Blind was such a good skill! I will explore it.

I am using Normal Armor for now - with Quick Aura L1 & Giga Potion, I can get to 1,065 ASPD. This falls short of the 1.1 you mentioned. Should I just switch it up to Light Armor? I checked with Coryn and it seems to add around 150 ASPD which would get me past the 1.1 ASPD Milestone.

I took MP Recovery 1 as a outside boss fight skill to recharge in between boss fights. I regret it now as it takes well over 9 seconds to charge. >.>

Yes, I am seriously thinking about this. A Guildie showed me this video weren't the Sniper didn't get any aggro!

Oh you mean mp charge!! Its the magic skill not the support skill xD
This one is worth maxing if you have more than 1500mp and like to use burst 4mp combos a lot in battle.

About light armor upto you I took heavy coz I like to tank with my sniper if you just wanna dps without getting it wouldnt make much difference so light armor is good for you. You lose a bit of def but thats a trademark property for snipers coz they can not remove the -25% from arrow sub weapon.

So for now test sneak and smoke together see if you can hide your aggro well and if you do get them both (lvl5 smoke and lvl10 sneak) after that you can try mp charge too. You got lot of points either way so it shouldnt pose much problem to max both at lvl150 (just lvling up to 150 will give you another 18sp)

Smoke effect (blind) is very good. And also, Smoke has 5mp (which is essential as 'save' if you wanna use a long 2 smited skill in 1 combo).

yeah, i use that b4 but not now cuz i dont use long combo anymore. So it is less prorate and aggro and save some SP from skill i rarely use even sneak atk. Dust give me lot of aggro :eek:id be dead if that happen. Oh, im not a dps bow lol.
