Motion Speed

    Every attack (normal, skills, spells, ect) has an animation speed once activated. Motion speed decreases the amount of time that action takes to complete.

    For example. If you are using normal auto attacks with 800 attack speed and high motion speed of 40%. You'll do the normal attack very quickly but will find yourself waiting until the green bar dissapears to do another.

    you can see the effect when you get hit by the Freeze ailment :p
    it reduces motion speed by 50%.
    your walking speed will be the same (Slow halves that one) but every attack and skill will take twice as long since the animation speed is lowered.
    cast and charge times as well as attack intervals are unaffected by motion speed.
