Need some clarification

    Is it possible to craft high level items without tec stats?
    Is the success rate that low that it wont be worth making a BS with no tec stats on it?
    For instance:
    OHS 240 Dex, rest Str
    MD 240 Int, rest Agi

    Yes it is possible and actually better for those examples potential gain wise but you'll need to craft a lot more to raise prof and get successful crafted equipment.
