    there is the metal wing from one of the marionettes (forgot the name) and vita core from mauez boss.. answer: both a & b

    He's looking for the water element one,aka the Vita Cores.
    But since you mentioned the Metal Wings...they're dropped from the Mage Marionettes.

    well from what i read, he didn't mention anything about water element magic device.. he said "Need to find this magic device" and with the title "
    New magic device from nehelo swamp" (back-read please)

    Actually there is no new magic device in nehelo swamp, both these magic devices drops from monster and boss from new moon palace.

    If you head straight you will reach Lutaros Cavern,but if you go slightly right and up the slope you'll reach Nehelo Swamp.
