Newbie-est.Noob.Ever.

    Hi. I'm Chad, a pretty cool gaming fan from TN. I only play one game competitively at the moment, and that's Tekken, but I've always wanted to get into MMORPGs seriously, but they've always seemed intimidating. I used to play Pokemon competitively, and I'll eventually get back into it, so I know a little about roles. I dabbled in DCUO as a healer, but I didn't feel that accomplished with it. I've always wanted to join a guild, party up, take down difficult bosses, own raids and just contribute in general but, I was never really a fan of forums, and I was always shy. This seems like a really good game to start with, and I'm deciding to do it now. Pleased to make everyone's acquaintance, and thanks for having me! I hope to learn a lot and become really good at this!

    Role: Brawler

    I really like the Brawler role, but it seems like it would hinder me from flourishing in the community (Yea I read a bit before signing up lol), should I make a new character?

    Thank you!! That gives me hope, and I saw that dps build some guy made and it seems pretty legit! I think I'm gonna go with that. Any tips for day 1s? Lol.

    Thank you very much! I'll take that advice to heart lol. I'm going to learn a bit more in general before trying to get into other classes.

    I actually wanted to make one, but it said they're hard, and I'm already a noob lol. I also didn't know there was a lack of mages, that makes me want to use one more so I guess that'll be the next class. Thank you!

    well..........there's more mages than anything else in the world in toram.Brawlers are almost extinct.

    Mages aren't hard. There are plenty of guides that have useful builds.

    It said they can't even cast if they get hit, and I'm expecting to get hit a lot since this is still day 1 on the game.

    I never used a staff in real combat lol. I just know that isnt completely true, if you get stun or flinch you will surly loose casting. I just know if your holding a magic device it won't always stop casting once you get hit.

    Haha mages Are one of the easiest class without the need to think that much on what to use or stats to learn. Int, int, and more int!

    It will still stop if u get tumbled or flinched. And it's a easier target since magic device has a slower casting time.
