Has anyone tested which is better? 3rd anniv fc or modestia?

 

imagine,using modestia,and use :
dex 7%/str 7 %,crit dmg 17,crit dmg 7% armor + Top Hat 9% unshealthe and 3% atk.

*aside from the crit 100,it grants 1000 atkspeed and 10 ampr which is extremely favorable for katana users.
vs

aniv katana fc 7%atk17ccc,because lack of crit rate need to use :
full crit 7%cd17ccc armor + Shaved Ice Hat 20 crit rate and 2% cd.


i think from this you can already tell which one is better between the 2.

I haven't tested it but I can make a theoretical calculation using the Coryn Club's Stat Calculator.
To do this calculation, I will make the theoretical character wear exactly the same equipment but only by changing his weapon:

Level: 170
Stats: 255 DEX & 180 STR
Armor: Mozt Armor +C with DEX+7% Cdmg+17 and Cdmg+7%(Ornlarf's Xtall)
Add: Top Hat(NPC) with Twilight Dragon's Xtall.
Special: DEX Talisman IV with Odelon's Xtall.
Using the Passive Skills like Bushido, Two-Handed, Battle Skills and God Speed.

Using a 3rd Anniv Katana VII(ATK+7% Cdmg+17 Crt+17 and Crt+17% with Tyrant's Xtall) with it's Base ATK Refined to +S it will get the following results:


Using a Modestia(With Tyrant's Xtall) with it's Base ATK Refined to +S it will get these results:


As a bonus, if the character uses the Lil Empress Katana(Same Stats & Xtall as 3rd Anniv KTN) it would get these stats:

So Modestia would no longer be at the top, since the Player's Katanas have the advantage of putting better offensive stats. Although for now it's not that noticeable, I think.

Now, I will have made some mistakes while doing the calculation, but ignoring the crt rate issue, the point is the same. You can do your calculation to verify it.

about Tenryu...it requires multiple uses before the buff ended at stack 4 (damage increases the more tenryu used,max 4 stack,30 seconds),modestia has better aspd than other katanas = more motion speed = faster tenryu/ampr = more tenryu being put out before buff stack 4 ended.

it will still do more damage than normal katanas when using Tenryu,depending on how fast it can execute the skill compared to others.
