Y i cant do my nightmare crystal quest. Nut im already at level 74? Its still insufficient blabla.. with ???? At the top. Thank you..

 

i think it means, u didnt progress enough in the story ...

at what main quest are u on, right now?

 

U have to defeat Mezzaluna in the Main Quest, to be able to do the nc Quest ^^

 

while skill trees and craft recipes are unlocked for all chars if any of them has the required level, quests are unlocked individually.
so no matter how high your level is, the char that wants to do the quest must have the required level, which is 50 for this quest.

the other requirement is your progress in the main quest.
normally you cannot enter the empress tomb before defeating roga and doing the quest in the desert afterwards.
teleporting there with feathers given by other players is a cheap trick

 

You should be able to turn in nc when your mq is to kill empress
