Apparently, they did some performance improvements and added more Pokestops in rural areas.
YMMV of course.

I heard germany has a strict rating system on videogames. Is that true?

 

never heard of this, when something is released for europe, we get it.
only our age resstriction may be stricter than others
would be funny if they make it 18+ because younger people are not allowed to go out at night

We got it in UK yesterday and already some trainers at double my lvl, went a walk up the glen and caught magikarp, 4 eevees, that psychic one with nose and got lvl 5. I also nearly fell in the river so got bruised ribs too

 

Not with Pokemon Go, but generally Germany has a strict rating system. Some games (18+) are indicated or censored.
For example: Dying light is indicated in Germany. You cannot buy it easiely, because the Game stores are not allowed to advert this game. You can only buy on request, but not all Stores will have this game (too expensive to sell, if you cannot advert and no one knows about it).
Another example: Alien ist censored. If you play the alien, you cannot cut the head of humans.
The best way to buy uncensored or indicated games is an import from Austria. (it's legal)

You'll see an A after some games. We have 2 lists. Indicated A and Indicated B. A is allowed to buy and sell, but you cannot advert this game in your store. B is impound. It's not illegal to play or buy this game, but you are not allowed to sell it in Germany.

In my city a lot of ppl playing Pokemon Go. We have a FB Group and meet together for catching pokemon. This is really funny ^_^ If I have time to play (semester exams) I go out with friends and catch pokemon, because it's better to go out and clean your mind if you need to learn a lot

 

That game would be a battery eater. Also.. im 26.. i dont like roaming around outside letting my neighbors see me how creepy am i playing games :v hide your ego inside the house so people dont freak out.

 

in my neighbourhood almost everyone runs around with their phone, but some try to hide it and no one ever talks about it
