Posting rules for market

sense mr vash not on atm I decided to make a few rules for posting I hope people follow them

rule list
1# no scamming for example (if your selling a hunter garb but is guise as a adventure garb do not sell without mentioning)

2# No multi posting please do not post over and over the same item do not spam your post will be seen

3# no interfering with other members sells or buys (unless breaking rules)

4# please be specific on item your selling

5# NO RMT (RMT=real money trade ) this is a practice we do not allow on this site

6# No account sell or trading another practice we do not allow

7# Please do not post anything here that breaks Asobimo's rules, ie, hacking, botting, etc.

This is some rules I thought up if in future we may add more to rule list
Notes:
If you have sold or bought item you wanted please change post title to (closed) please by doing this we can know what transactions are completed and are not
if you sell same item frequently or sell items frequently or buy etc above does not apply changing thread name may be required

Also tip on selling items or buying
Here is a basic sell
Selling (item name) <- title of thread
sell (item name) for (spina amount)
channel (international or English etc)
Time zone your on (optional and buyer my decide time)
Please post if interested

this is a simple format but use any format you like plz be understandable

Question o.o is it against the rules for cross currency trades such as 500m Iruna Spina for 5m Toram Spina or is that illegal?

 

I will say that is illegal. The game feature doesn't allow to do it.
How you can do the trade properly?
Even those two games are owned by the same developer, but they are different game at all.

 

Are people allowed to offer on items in the thread, or should they private message the seller?

 

I believe, if they're looking for that item, then it should be fine. If not, then it's harassing the player.

Well, it's not so much rules as it is a "guide" but one thing you should heed as a rule is the "No RMT" one as it's against Toram's ToS. It was allowed at one point here but that's because there was some misinformation. Now it's explicitly forbidden.

while we can do as we please, but there are consequence to our actions. We as a community do come together and agree upon a set of rules to follow so we can interact with each other peacefully.

Rules are not a bad thing when kept in check.

My location that I live in, have rules in place like speeding. I did not make these rules, so am I allowed to speed and possibly endure myself and others? speeding has many different possible outcomes and responses.

This forum is NOT the property of the developers of Toram Online(Asobimo) therefore, even if they wanted to set rules, they wouldn't be entitled to. We as members aren't exactly entitled to either but there are Moderators and an Administrator(both unaffiliated to Asobimo) who have full the full right.
