QUESTION ABOUT PET

I'm new in pet taming so I have few noob questions I hope to be answered.
1. My pet is currently lvl 62, aside from Yelb where can I level my pet?
2. What is the purpose of Pet mp charge? I am kinda confused bcoz I can't see the mp status of my pet. Is this necessary for my pet to use it's skills?
3. Can I choose what skill my pet will use in a battle? Like I want him to use Magic lance for a certain time or the pet is using it's skill in random time?

1: any monster within a level range of +-30 will do

2: by default, pets have 1000 max mp. they recover mp by attacking, similar to the player's attack mp recovery. there are 2 passive pet skills to increase max mp and ampr. pets with justice nature have their ampr doubled. timid and gentle nature regenerate mp.
pet mp charge is not needed at all, but it's very useful, similar to a player's maximizer skill.

3: skills are used at random. but you can disable unwanted skills in the attack settings.
