Question about Power Wave.

Power wave is from Magic skill tree that increase the range of your normal attack, right?

1. If you are not using Magic Staff/Device but the other weapons, will Power wave turn your normal ATK to MATK?
2. Is that true that if you learn Power wave, your normal ATK/MATK damage will be halved?
3. If #2 is true, will Long range from Arrow skill recover that missing damage?
(I read that the Long range skill increase your damage by attacking 8m or more far from enemies.)

Power wave only increases range but never changes property from neutral to magic.
Yes it cuts dmg by half

That skill is only applied on other skills not auto attacks.
