i want to know that which skills are effected by dame sub wp
is it phantom effected by dame sub wp ????

 

Let's use our imagination, please don't be rude with my terrible english. ;-)
We all have a "good" hand and a "bad" one, even if the genetics are at your side one of your hands will be stronger, RIGHT? Also, it makes sense to have a main weapon on the STRong hand.
As for the Toram's DW, he's a swordsman that choose to equip one sword on his "bad" hand, it doesn't have STRength, however, the DW is smart and figured out that a light weapon may fit this hand and with QUICK moves he started to PARRY. Many asked him "DW, why not use a dagger, or a shield?" and he answered "A shield may bash, a dagger may stab, but only a sword can PARRY and SLASH."
Thus, across the world many STRong and QUICK people tried to imitate the DW and got no sucess because the secret between STRenght and AGIlity is DEXterity, only the wise ones can find the balance, some says the EQUIPment is the deal, others tried to use strange crystals and still none of them could surpass the legendary DW.

Every DW is affected by sub hand damage. Except probably for Phantom Slash. Which deals no difference in damage between a wood sword and a tomahawk.

(and the list goes on)

 

sub hand is based on agi
Main hand is based on dex
Str increases damage in both.
Agi increases dodge not evasion. Evasion is what lets you counter attack.

recent testings show phantom isnt affected by element either on main or on sub.

 

how about dame to ele ???

 

If it is on main weapon stats. Then yes. Because it modifies the damage you deal not the attack you do.
If its on Sub weapon, it does not work.
