Questions about bs

So I noticed that out of my weapons I can't refine and customize some of them, despite one having 51 pot. Can anyone explain?

 

You can't refine dagger, arrow and talisman. You need to have a tec bs aka your refiner synthesis, also you need to unlock/invest sp on customization skill on the bs skill tree. ^_^

I do have the refine and customize skill available for bs lvl 2, but in some cases there isn't even an option to refine a weapon or customize it. Is it because my B's customize skill is too low?

 

That may be the case, because most of the time we max those skills and raise the char level to 130 to do the +13 stat. ^_^
