Quick question about 2H Evasion build.

    Hello 0/
    I was wondering if I could make a good Evasion build out of a 2H oriented character due to it's high ATK and thus possibly good counters.
    Does anyone know if Reflex and Flash Blast from DW Skill Tree works with other weapons?
    And if they do what are the disadvantages of such setup?

    There will be buff duration penalties for other weapon use flash blast and reflex.

    Reflex for Dual Swords is 100secs while other is 10secs
    Flash Blast for Dual Swords is 2minutes while other is 20secs
