    You can get weapon dye consist of the pt weapon that were used, e.a 2staff user, 1 halberd and 1bow gun . So the percentage of weapon drop would be around 50% to staf, 25% halberd and 25%, bg iirc. The more the weap that dominate, the higher the chance the weap dye from dominate weapon. As for red dye, this month roga drops red weapon dye

    Edit : the dye drops change every month
