Regarding Skill Descriptions

    Is there some sort of page or thread that has the exact effects of skills? The ones in game aren't very helpful since they don't say exactly how much a certain ability is boosted. Like Meikyo Shisui says that it'll boost critical rate but decrease ciritcal damage and def/mdef without saying exactly how much it actually increases/decreases.
