Short range damge %

My swordie cha have 9% short range dmg .does it good enough?i dont understand about this.does the dmg dealt come from skill or normal atk? I cant see the difference

 

That's pretty good already. The 9% I assume is from BB garb? There are other gear - xtal that gives some, but not a significant amount. It applies to any short range skills and short range normal attacks. Try switching to another armor, you will see the difference. I haven't tried calculating the difference to see if it is exactly 9%, but the difference is there.
