    placed skill effects, such as Dive Impact and the DoT from Chronos Drive are unaffected by range damage modifiers.

    critical damage only works on critical hits, but since halberds are designed to use critical rate to compensate their low accuracy, this shouldn't pose a problem.
    and since STR is a major stat and increases the base critical damage, 'critical damage %' stats are super effective.
