So basically...

The game froze/disconnected during the loading screen before a main quest cutscene in New Moon Palace (during the trials where I just finished the second part - running around a room turning on switches on a time limit). After I finished that, the game disconnected and had 'reconnecting', but still ended up on the loading screen for the next scene, which went on forever that I had to close it. Now whenever I try to open the game/log in, it just doesn't happen. Either error connecting to server, or error logging in (error 2?), or unknown error pops up. I'm considering uninstalling then reinstalling, but it could be a problem on the other end instead of the app itself.
