Starting Out Guide?

I've played this game for about 3 years on and off(not really hardcore) or at least when the main town was the rugio ruins now, and my highest lvl character is 62. Got two accounts that I play in and I usually just do random things and change my characters classes and stuff. This time though I'm aiming to be lvl 70 so I can get the Storm skill.
Can somebody please teach mehow to start out a farm mage? Like from the start and how to level it up to have storm for ez farm?
