Stuck on initializing

Im running Toram on a non-rooted Samsung Galaxy S 4 with Android 4.4.4. Every time i try to load up the game, it literally takes me 10 minutes of of force closing the app and clearing my system Ram to randomly finally get pass the "Initializing..." msg. My 4G LTE net speed is usually throttled down to 128k. Is there anything I can do to get over this login issue everytime i wanna play? Its very annoying when I DC and can't get back in game for 10 minutes. On a side note tho, I never have login issues using WIFI. Also after any maintenance update, I cannot log until i use WIFI because the game always freezes when trying to download the new data through my mobile net. Is bandwidth speed the real issue here? Thanx for any suggestions!

With the device you are using It should be compatible with the game. Factors such as memory and connectivity would greatly affect the game play. I would suggest to close any running App on your device prior to running Toram. Also check your internet speed speedtest.net, having a good 4 bar wifi icon doesn't mean you have fast internet connection.

I have no issues logging with Wifi, its when im using my throttled 4G LTE connection (128kbps) that I have issues. As for ram i use a ram cleaner that closes bg apps consuming too many resources and other idle apps that are just taking ram. Every build of the game continues to give me this problem. I can still play but always takes so long to actually log on...
