the buff applies to all party members within the skill range, the negative side effect applies only to the caster.
yes, you can. but it will cost lots of MP (can't be used in combo) and they all end when you take damage, so it's better to only use the ones you currently need.
there's always a difference. don't know what it is here, but since it's an aura skill, i guess it increases the radius.
i recommend Medic Coat. magic power is only needed for Bless, all other skills scale with the targets stats.
reducing aggro is priority, so you won't get targeted.
also you need a large MP pool and regeneration.
INT gives 0.1 MP each, so 1 MP for 10 points and 25 at max.
but you need it for Bless and you also get magic defense. =(^.^)=

I wouldn't use guardian if u are a support. They just increased aggro on this skill

And reduced the damage on support skills, don't forget the less mp costing mini heal too :p

I would suggest this too: go get that staff of granny: bloom of peace; aggro -100%. With this you don't have to worry that much about aggro ;)

It's harder to get now but I suggest getting forehead protector with 1500 hp. With all of the buffs you are using the hardest thing will be not getting 1 shot if you are hit since buffs lower casters defense. Take a look at this support guide. Hope it helps http://toramonline.com/index.php?threads/full-support-mage-lvl-110-cap.16560/

Adding vit and hp is good for supports on surviving. Then you can focus on just healing party members. The only skill that really requires int is bless. But since you plan on using all of those buffs it is better to add more int later

imo bless is kinda useless if you have a tank...Just cast mini heal on that tank and let the other party members rely on their revita's instead...If they will even need those :)

And I haven't seen much parties with 3 dps and one supporter though... I've only been in a party like that once

I'm not saying the support should tank I'm saying they need to be able to survive as well as a tank to be able to buff and heal hp. Especially in harder battles like nightmare and ultimate damage is a lot higher. So to keep everyone alive without using revita the support should also have more hp.That's where hp comes in for a support. Bless can be useful and can help heal other pt members besides tank. The tank should be the main focus for healing cause they take the most damage but depending on the boss you can combine bless and life recovery. Using both will heal decent amount on lower hp party members

Ah I see; you are really working as a team then :); however I think that you are maybe a little bit too considerate of your party members; they have healing items (revs) themselve too; so they should do their own part too. At least i would feel bad relying on the supporter for your hp balance

As a support I personally run 8000+ HP, so aggroing isn't really a problem for me. Besides, Tank/Supp is such a fun class to play ~ :p Depends on your style of preference for supporting~

Yes they would. But there are quite a few other support skills you can use that won't disappear. It all depends on how you build it but if your going to have only buffs it might be hard to stop the boss with like flinch, stun, etc when needed so your not just constantly taking every hit. Plus using support buffs tend to leave you standing still in one place for a bit while casting.

So far I have built about 5 support chars now, I tried:
    1. 2h support - power wave, buff from afar and heal. Felt bad and weak basically because of stat growth
    2. 1h/md - power wave, buff from afar and heal. Felt incomplete and in need of actual focus on 1 stat (I went full Dex, for accuracy, matk and afk), should be a diff story with int stat and new 1h sword.
    3. 1h/shield - heal, aggro, more like ur Melee type supporter. Felt great and natural but I had to decide on stat ( I chosed vit and basically felt like a tank...
    4. Staff/shield - situational supporter, lost of buffs from support tree than ur normal Mage, but felt bad when playing since ppl expected dps from me through skill storm etc.
    5. Bowgun/ shield - surprisingly the best and most natural feeling of being a support char.

I guess what I'm saying is weapon combinations really play a big part in growth of a character especially a support. Bowgun/shield was a great support weapon set up, I could engage and disengage the bosses due to the attack range of bowguns, I could lock a boss via combination of both shield and shot skills. But the factor that made this weapon set up the best was the fact that u can "kite" the boss and heal ur team mates at the same time, remember aura skills from the support tree are good if you don't get hit, well since u have a bowgun ur pretty much gucci.
